Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us  The Mill!

We will be offering the following specials for a day and evening full of fun celebrations:

Irish Eats

On Friday, March 9th, join us in celebration of our 2 year anniversary! The Mill is offering a complimentary mini cheese plate and Spritz with the purchase of any two entrees. Make sure you stop in and see us from 11:00am – 11:00pm and enjoy a drink to celebrate the last 2 years!

Join us on Wednesday February 28th at 6:00 pm when we start painting with step by step fun instructions while you paint your masterpiece.

The Mill features the best meats and cheeses, plus a full bar offering craft cocktails and wines chosen to pair with menu items.

These incredible dark chocolate covered strawberries are made by local Lynden Chocolate and are available while supplies last!

We are so excited to be hosting the next Visiting Chef Dinner at The Mill on February 26th at 7:00 pm.

Cheese course and wines provided by The Mill, main courses and dessert prepared by Chef Eduardo of Infusion Cuisine and Chef Josh from Herb Niemann’s Steak House.

There are two main courses to choose from. The first is an avocado crab salad crab with tree color bell peppers, red onions, capers, cilantro cream sauce, and a wonton garnish. The second choice is scallops with a citrus buerre blanc sauce, a creamy risotto with asparagus and mushrooms, and a micro green garnish.
