Farmer’s Day Parade Weekend Information!

The Mill will be opening early at 10am on June 2nd for the Farmer’s Day Parade 2018 in Lynden. Stop in to have a mimosa, bloody mary, or mocktail before or after the parade! Visiting Chef’s Dinner February 26th

We are so excited to be hosting the next Visiting Chef Dinner at The Mill on February 26th at 7:00 pm.

Cheese course and wines provided by The Mill, main courses and dessert prepared by Chef Eduardo of Infusion Cuisine and Chef Josh from Herb Niemann’s Steak House.

There are two main courses to choose from. The first is an avocado crab salad crab with tree color bell peppers, red onions, capers, cilantro cream sauce, and a wonton garnish. The second choice is scallops with a citrus buerre blanc sauce, a creamy risotto with asparagus and mushrooms, and a micro green garnish.
